  Excellent service, Dean of ProLine Drainage was professional and explained exactly what needs to be done, gave us a quote and carried out the work on Friday12th itself including a PatchLine fix for an extra charge as the crack in the down pipe wasn’t noticed till they excavated the dropped drain all in All efficient highly recommend the team of Bradley, Matt, & Joe and Gary Thank you all

  Good job done. Cost as expected. A friendly and efficient bunch.

  Dean gave me a quote over the phone for the labour involved, and an estimate of the materials required. Other firms wanted to charge for a look-see visit before even giving an estimate. The work was done quickly and on time, and we were told when the materials cost went over the estimated amount. Neil and Billy were friendly and polite.

  Water Mains Specialist (Pipe Replacement, Moling and Lead Pipes)

  A good bunch of people who work hard and know what they’ve doing

  I don’t very often write reviews for companies that I’ve needed and when I do they’re generally because of bad situation so Proline are the exception and I’m glad to write a positive review. We had a bad burst water main on our property and just trying to get a company you could trust was bad enough. Proline really did pick up the ball though. The water main was put in in 1905 and was cast iron. Initially they tried to repair it but it just broke in another place. Frank and Tommy worked extremely hard to make it work but it became obvious the pipe needed replacing. They did a fantastic job.
