Roof repair also facia and soffit

To repair a badly leaking skylight on my flat roof.
Skylight wasn't repaired properly as still leaking. And they done this without my permission and they went around the main roof to look for more work! Agian without my permission!. And they left my main roof very untidy!. Not happy with their mannerism and the way they treated me by being very pushy and scare mongering!!. I gave you a written quotation for the first job and you approved it when we couldn’t repair it we didn’t charge you for the job we highlighted the issues with the other roof as you asked us to inspect it Please get someone else to look at it

Changing the first metre of felt and Barton around the property.
Mike was very professional with the work carried out. Was taking loads of pictures to show me so I knew what was going on. Work was completed in one day and am very happy with the outcome.
