I would highly recommend Stuart for any repairs. Sadly our appliance was beyond repair but not for want of trying on his behalf. He even offered to help us get a new one into our house if needed. Communication was excellent, he fitted us in really quickly and no charge for a repeat visit to fit a new part.

Carl and Stuart are brilliant and provide a really amazing service! We needed a new kitchen extractor fan and they went out of their way to find a like-for-like model and fit it carefully without disturbing any of the tiles. That same week our dishwasher packed in. Another engineer came out, took one look and basically said it was too old to bother with. I'd already given up and started looking at new ones when Carl called back and said he thought he could get it going again. He did and it saved us hundreds of pounds! Can't recommend Prompt and Precise enough.

Both our dishwasher and washing machine broke at the same time. Carl looked at both appliances and was able to give a detailed explanation as to what was wrong with each appliance. Although both machines could be repaired, Carl gave honest advice that repairing them did not make sense financially.

A very good experience with this company. Carl contacted me back promptly and managed to fit me in the following day. He spent a long while testing, diagnosing and fixing the problem with my washing machine. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and happy to answer my many questions. He was also very polite and careful not to damage anything. He also kindly provided advice regarding other appliances and gave helpful indication of potential cost. The pricing was very fair, transparent and payment taken on the day with a card machine, saving time on bank transfers etc. Would thoroughly recommend.

They were exactly prompt and precise! Came out and immediately diagnosed the fault with my cooker and replaced the heating element. Nice guy and great work. 10/10
