We had a PIV unit installed. Recently, I called to ask whether it needed an annual service because the filter looked a little dusty. The representative told me it would cost £140 for a service, but it sounded like he picked the price out of thin air. When I got home, I checked the manual and found that the unit does not require annual servicing. It states that the filters can simply be removed and washed by hand or in a washing machine. I immediately lost confidence in the company. I was disappointed that I was offered a £140 service for something that isn't needed. Luckily I did my research.

Excellent services throughout. Good communication and overall brilliant service. Ashton came out to look at an issue raised on a part exchange survey that highlighted high moisture content in a wall caused by a possibly water leak at the back of a shower. He carried out the survey, took readings, and rather than recommend expensive remediation work, told me that there was nothing wrong with the wall. It was great to have a honest discussion with a tradesperson that meant I did not need to spend a fortune to get the wall fixed. I would give them 5 stars
