PropCert responded very promptly to my request for a quote. They provided a competitive quote and were able to start work within a week. The engineer, Ken, was very personable and experienced. He completed the work as per the quote. There was a slight leak which I noticed afterwards. I contacted PropCert and Ken came back and resolved the issue. Very pleased with the service provided by PropCert.
