  Replacing my extractor fan and rewuring cables in my attic.

  The electrician showed up in the timeframe promised and was very thorough in his assessment. He fixed the problem in the short term and gave us a long-term solution which we are hoping to proceed with shortly.

  Electric Showers

  Shower Fix

  I had Proper Connection Limited come and have a look at some electrical work situated in the bathroom where the shower was no longer being powered. The tradesman came out and had a look at the wiring where the pull cord was and thought it was a quick easy fix. The shower started working and thought all was good. A couple/few weeks later the power started to go again from the shower and suddenly stopped working again. I was able to find a temporary fix for this problem and messaged again. When asking for them to send someone back round to have a look at the problem again I was told that because it had been a considerable time since the original work had been completed that I would have to pay the call out fee again. I stated that the original work had not been completed to an acceptable standard considering that it then broke only a few weeks later and was then told that they are not responsible for any component problems in the shower that they would have installed, the only problem is that they never installed a shower and the work they had “completed” was not actually fixed, I was happy to pay for any work that needed to be done but felt it was unfair to pay for incomplete work.

  A really efficient and friendly company. The two electricians who came to my home were so on-the-ball - and just *nice. I'd have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone in need of a trustworthy, reliable, prompt and thorough sparks.
