The manufacturer had set the fixing to the cooker, in a very awkward way. The job was completed in good time and at a good price.

Posted Job early Friday morning. John got back to us by mid morning and arranged to attend the following day (a Saturday) between 11 - 1. Arrived at 11:10 and had completed repair by 11:40. John was professional, prompt, polite and very knowledgable and I throughly recommend Proper Domestics and will use again if I need an appliance repaired or installed.

So relieved that John agreed to come and fix our oven door, as we've struggled to find someone locally. He was super helpful and fixed it in no time. I'd definitely recommend John - lovely chap!

After ringing the company to book the job we were told he would do it the following week.We were quoted for the work which I considered was very reasonable. We received a phone call on the Monday stating he was runnning a little late but would be with us in 20 minutes. The job was done in around 20 minutes. He was clean and tidy,and the oven was fixed with a new element and charged £88.00. Well done would use him again if it became necessary.
