Osca was very knowledgeable of period properties and their fabric. He clearly understood what the conservation officer required for our extension and sourced the correct materials. He even spotted that Dreadnought tile specified for the lean-to roof needed to be on a minimum of 35 degrees and once we stripped that section of roof, the pitch was only 28 degree (so we had to get approval for an alternative). His team were polite, courteous and hardworking. Would recommend.
