I had hired Propertize to renovate my bathroom. Initially things went well and they communicated issues or changed that needed to happen. But ultimately the team neglected to inform me that the wall conditions were not suitable to continue working on. They proceeded to finish the bathroom but soon the faults were beginning to show. I called them back to redo the tiling and try and understand what had happened. They refused to take any responsibility and said they didn't know why the tiles were cracking.
