Property 1 did a stunning job, they did a brilliantly, cannot fault anything. On time, tidy and very efficient, would definitely use them again, can’t thank them enough for making my kitchen beautiful.

Dale and Andy were great from our first call to the job being completed. Great communication, they listened to what we wanted and went over and above in sourcing some very elusive paint and tiles! They were approachable, helpful but professional; our dog absolutely loved them! The kitchen was left tidy every evening. We couldn't have asked for more. We would highly recommend Property 1 and would not hesitate to use them again. We have already recommended them to some of our neighbours.

Came out quickly for a quote, quote sent promptly, precise and easy to understand. Both very pleasant and very helpful and worked well together. Did everything I asked. Explained what they were doing as they went along and how to use the new items. Very helpful and quick in sorting out an unexpected problem, customer service was very good and always available on their mobile phone. Left the areas they worked in clean and tidy and checked their work. Professional looking finish to the work with which I am very pleased. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I couldn’t recommend these enough! I had them to firstly do my bathroom, which I was so happy with! I used them again to do my kitchen and fit a new floor downstairs. Reliable and lovely guys ?? will use again.
