I’ve been using Tony from Property Applications for the last year. As a local tradesman, Tony is super friendly, extremely tidy and will always take time to complete the work you’ve asked for. Tony has high standards and if there is anything he’s not happy with, he will make sure it’s finished perfectly to his standards. Even my dog loves him (and he’s hard to please) 😀

Tony did an amazing work redoing our bathroom from scratch. We particularly appreciated his attention to detail, making sure everything was both working well and esthetically pleasing. We used his recommended electrician as well who did a great job and Tony coordinated with him independently once we had the quote. Everything was very smooth and Tony kept us updated throughout the process. I would highly recommend!

Tony has done a few jobs for us over the years including 3 bathroom refits all done to a high standard and as we wanted. He always cleaned up every day before finishing. Last week we had a major emergency which would have left us without water for the weekend and he was able to come out to us quickly and fix it.

Tony Serviced our boiler, clean and very efficient. A very reliable, knowledgeable and personable individual. Highly recommend.

Tony has done a lot of work for us in the past. He has just replaced our bath/shower with a new shower enclosure. Always very polite, clean and tidy. He is reasonably priced and I would recommend him for all your plumbing needs.

We’ve had nothing but great experiences with Tony. He’s recently fitted a new water softener for us and, as always, the work was carried out professionally and to a very high standard. He’s also previously fitted our bathroom, repaired our boiler, and even fitted my parents’ bathroom too. He’s a genuinely nice, trustworthy guy who takes pride in his work and explains everything clearly. Highly recommended – we wouldn’t use anyone else.
