  Roofing works on old property

  We must thank Isaac and his team for their rapid response initially as we had been eager to have our roofing jobs done. Isaac arrived very promptly and advised what we should have done along with checks commensurate with an old property. He then kept in touch while we dealt with the vagaries of our recent weather. He arrived on the agreed date promptly and with his team in tow. He left after leaving full instructions with his excellent team of young men. He checked at least once a day and kept us fully informed. The jobs were completed promptly and efficiently. We are very pleased with results

  Once the job's done, no communication

  Best to avoid. I’d had previous work done by them, and thought I’d stick with them - it took 6 months (January to August) for them to come out. Day of the job, and was told dry verge would be a better option. Job price went up to £1500, which in todays high cost world isn’t a small amount. The neighbours want to see an invoice or final bill before contributing their share of the repairs. Just one response to my request for an invoice, which should have been with me within 4-5 days. This of course never happened, and I think I'm ghosted now. Just out of pocket, and no invoice.

  Zero to little communication from Property Care Roofing. I phoned numerous times to obtain quote. In the end no response was forthcoming and we advised accordingly.

  New dormers and slate roof

  Couldn’t recommend Issac and the guys highly enough. Arrived early every day and worked their socks off each day until job wash finished. Fantastic end result, so pleased. Cleaned up each day when finished and had a full clean of house and garden before they left. Lovely helpful and polite guys and very hard workers.
