We were having issues with our living room door, the door was at a slant and wouldn’t close properly
William attended our flat for our living room door, which we were unable to close properly due to the door being at a slant. William was lovely and friendly when fixing the problems which we had, and has done an excellent job. Thank you so much William!!

Bathroom Works
William from Property Care was great. We had numerous issues in our bathroom, which required the flooring to be redone, new bath panels and other plumbing work and replacements. He went above and beyond as he worked overtime to make sure our job was completed. Work completed to a high standard. Thank you.

Excellent work ! Very Professional!
We had water leak in both Bathrooms,the flat we were renting. William worked very professionally and finished both bathroom in just 2 weeks. His work was very clean and he is a nice guy. He explained his plans on how and when is he expecting to finish and all work done- right in time!

Bathroom floor repair and replacement
Our bathroom floor was hiding an array of issues and William worked late both days to fix and replace it. He worked really hard to take up the floor, that had turned out to be rotted and badly installed before, and put down a good solid base for some nice new linoleum. He also did some extra bits n bobs to prevent any future water damage, and hovered and cleaned up after he was done. He was very polite and hard working, and we appreciate all the effort he has put in to the job.

Sticking door, difficulties with opening and closing the flat's door.
I was having trouble shutting and opening the flat's door as it always stuck and required a lot of pushing. William attended to fix the door. He was punctual and kind. He fixed the door quickly and without any delay. Thank you William for your competence and hard work. I really appreciate what you did.

Washing machine problem
William attended to our broken washing machine. We are both students and a little bewildered as it’s our first time living away from home. William explained everything he did and why he was doing it, he was polite and he even cracked a few jokes that made us feel that little bit more comfortable. He handled the problem swiftly and arranged for a replacement quickly - we are so grateful for William’s work ethic and effectiveness. Thanks William!
