  Property Connection are the most friendly and reliable builders we have experienced. They are reliable, courteous, offer competitive prices and deliver high quality workmanship, including a good aftercare service. They completed a full renovation of our house while we were still in occupation, including: (1) Conversion to open plan living space including structural works (2) Replacement of all floor, ceiling and wall finishes throughout (3) Electrical re-wiring (4) Plumbing works (5) Complete bathroom refurbishment We would thoroughly recommend them as a good builder.

  So I have just had my garage converted and I have no hesitation to recommend. The final fit and finish was to a new build [probably even better when I think about it] standard without any requirements from me to have to pull then up on anything. There were no dramas on cost, no dramas regards when people where going to turn up or not and no dramas when building regs chucked a spanner in the works. The whole thing was done based on staged payments which made that side easy. Communications from the team where prompt and simple. All in all - best builder experience I have had so far. So much

  Fantastic company, excellent work, wonderful value, great guys. Highly recommended. This project has remodeled the ground floor of my townhouse involving substantial works. Marcin has a great eye for detail and really high standards. He spots issues before they arise and then helps problem solve. You can tell he really cares about his work and wants the best for you. They are now working on my mums house so yes I have recommended them to friends and family.
