No work carried out
Spoke with Property Excellence on 17th June for a quote on a full flat refurbishment near Ascot. Appointment organised for 16:00 on 23rd June. At 15:50 - I text Simon regarding help on parking arrangements. At 16:25 I called to inquire as to where he was - straight to voicemail. Left voicemail stating I understood we had an appointment at 16:00 and requesting a call back. Also tried his landline number to no avail. After two days, no response to either voicemail or text. . It's just rude and wasted my time, considering I had traveled specifically.

New bathroom, update shower room and cloakroom.
Everything was planned in advance with a full written estimate. Where there were issues with existing plumbing, the response was always, 'That's not a problem.' The work was done efficiently with due regard to our needs. On completion, the final bill was less than the original estimate! We would thoroughly recommend the company.

Remodelling of bathroom/toilet to make one large bathroom area.
The work was done to a very high standard with great attention to detail. Extra work was needed to ensure regulations were met and this was discussed beforehand and managed appropriately. We would recommend this company to anyone who requires professional installers who work to meet the specifications of the purchasers.
