    Really pleased with the work from PMS. They painted two rooms for me and the finish is excellent clean lines, smooth walls, and great attention to detail. They were punctual, tidy, and easy to deal with throughout. Would definitely recommend and use again!

    Not a professional painter.

    Confidently said he could do painting, it would take 3/4 days.Needed 1 room to be painted with very minute dents/holes....said they could be easily filled/painted.Needed doors painted.....in good condition, just needed to be cleaned/sanded. On the day he didn't do any preparations before painting to ensure the walls were clean filled ready to paint. The doors were not cleaned/sanded before painting. Painting was very rubbish he missed areas and there was paint dripping. Paint on all the door hinges and many of the sockets.Finished in 1 day tried to rush didnt take 3/4 days was awful.

    We are sorry the customer feels this way. The work was completed as agreed and took 2 days, not 1. The original timeframe was 2–3 days, and the scope changed during the job to a full colour change to white. Preparation was carried out, including sanding and filling. The customer confirmed they were happy while we were on site. Afterwards, concerns were raised but no photos have been provided, and we have not been given the opportunity to return and rectify any issues. We remain willing to resolve any genuine concerns professionally.
