Work done as quotation

Work done to a good standard including all cleaning up on and after the job.

All ground done to prepare for a patio to be laid to include hardcore, sand and cement and the laying of the large 600mm x 900mm slabs sourced by me. The work was done to a high standard, always arrived at the time stated and was polite when at my home.

Outstanding! Very happy with the while process/contract, I’ve used Richard and Simon previously and I would strongly recommend them to anyone! From the outset they had the plans draw up, submitted and approved, prior to starting work or parting with any money!! other Architects wanted circa £2000 up front!! We agreed to stage payments throughout the build, this was done so on time and to schedule.
