  We were very fortunate to find Property Renovations (Sussex) Ltd who carried out extensive flood damage repairs and renovations to our unusual period folly home. Their scope of works were fully approved by our insurance company. The scope of works included roofing, drainage works, full ground floor interior (including double stairwell to first floor) decorating, carpentry and electrical restoration. Their work was first class and sympathetic to the unusual and demanding original details of our period home. Their meticulous planning, eye for detail meant our project was totally stress free.

  Cured an ingress of rainwater through brickwork around Lintels and windows

  Renovation of outbuildings and exterior retaining walls

  Thoroughly recommend this company. Excellent work. Kept me updated throughout the project. Very professional and sorted out numerous difficult issues with the building that couldn’t be foreseen. Site left very tidy every day.
