AWFUL WORK. They sent someone over to fix the leak, he did a rubbish job and caused another leak. They then sent a new team of 2 to fix that leak and repair our floorboards from the leak. The leak wasn't fixed. There was a massive whole in between floorboards, they were uneven, they left screws loose causing an injury to my foot. They said they would waive the fee. I never heard from them then over a month later they take money DIRECTLY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. Without any warning or authorisation from me. Over £1000. AVOID at all costs.

Job was carried out as specified. Unfortunately a leak developed in one radiator. The firm rectified the problem.

I invited the plumber over without entirely knowing what was causing my bathroom leak. Very friendly plumber arrived and completed a thorough check of all water points, found the issue. Photos were taken in case any future instances of the same issue occur again. I was very pleased with the service
