  Slate / Tiled Roofing Installation

  Hard working

  Absolutely lovely lads gentleman they were working on my neighbours house I asked them if it was possible to take a look at my roof once they finished there work & two of the lads popped straight round and found I had no underfelt I think because of how old the roof was they explained the slates had cemented on the back and it was the culprit behind the water ingress they gave me two different quotes I opted for the full new roof once the work was completed i left on holiday I have now since returned to find my walls have have dried out although the smell isn’t flattering thanks so much guys x

  Gutter Cleaning & Clearance

  Uncompleted birdproofing

  Awful experience with prooertysheild for birdproofing/gutter cleaning / re-homing the birds for my solar panels. He rewired the mesh but no re-homing as agreed. He mentioned he was happy to be contacted if any issues but when I called him next day to inform him the birdproofing didn't not work, he was not helpful, never visited, instead said would be another cost for him to visit, I see that as deceptive, wicked, and not trustworthy.

  We are disappointed to read this review as it does not accurately reflect the work completed. The agreed bird-proofing was carried out, including the installation of mesh around the solar panels. We also removed a large amount of nesting material, branches and bird waste from beneath the panels. Bird proofing prevents access under panels but cannot stop birds landing on the roof or leaving droppings elsewhere. We stand by the quality of our work and reject any suggestion that we acted dishonestly or left the job incomplete.

  Fantastic New Roof

  What was thought was going to be a small leak repair on further inspection we needed a new roof. Due to rotting batons and further damage caused by expanding spray foam.Jacob Alfie and the team worked tirelessly under grooling weather conditions. They were knowlegable well mannered polite and kept us updated on all on going repairs. The quality of their work was of very high standard and they went up over and beyond all our expectations.   they restored my faith that there are some good tradesmen out there

  they came when they said they would, explained and showed me what they needed to do and they worked very hard in difficult weather conditions, and return to the job twos days after completion to deal with snags. Excellent service will use again ☺️
