    New kitchen fitted

    Propertywise fitted a new kitchen during our renovation. Doug coordinated and managed all the trades throughout the process. In particular the attention to detail and quality of the installation was brilliant and even with a few bespoke products being installed, there were no problems whatsoever. Highly recommended and an honest, reliable professional.

    Structural wall removed and steel installed.

    Fantastic experience with propertywise. Removed structural wall to convert downstairs to open plan living. Doug coordinated with the structural engineer and was extremely adaptable throughout the build. The finish and quality has been great throughout.

    Structural alterations to foundations

    Propertywise reinforced our existing foundations in preparation for structural work to our property. Doug handled all the administrative/ building regulations and kept me informed throughout the process. He was particularly good at coordinating other trades and ensuring that all materials were available when we needed them, even during a global pandemic. Highly recommended.

    Fitted new central heating radiators and plinth heater

    Doug fitted 4 beautiful column radiators to our new renovation and a plinth heater to our new kitchen. Brilliant communication throughout and very adaptable. Honest and reliable professional who took pride over his work, like it was his own home. Couldn't recommend enough.

I have been involved in construction for over 20 years. Having worked for small independent companies for several years I took the plunge and set up Propertywise in 2012.

I am a sole trader allowing me to control all aspects of the building work undertaken directly. Other trades are utilised where required, and only those that I have personally vetted and accounted for.

All types of building work are carried out. With many years in the building industry I can call upon other trades as and when required from my large circle of contacts.
