Jake rang me, we discussed details, agreed a price and he and Kian were here within two hours. Access to the area was not easy but the guys did a great job and now I feel like I have had the weight of the world lifted from my shoulders. Hearing pigeons walking around above the bedroom ceiling sounding as though they are wearing hob nailed boots is really horrible and thinking of the damage that they could be causing while they are there is a worry. I wanted to get this job done asap before the birds got too comfortable and invited their mates round. Thanks guys, would recommend you to others

Called late Monday evening regarding Removing a wasp nest from our son’s garden playhouse. The guys come out Tuesday morning & carried out the work & no more wasps. Am very happy & would definitely recommend this company.

The job was completed, involving 3x visits (under 10 mins per visit). I felt that the job was a very rushed (they refused to fill some additional holes) and there was a lack of willingness to answer our questions. I received a quote from another company for much less but went with this vendor in the hope they would do a more thorough job with 3 visits. Hopefully this has eradicated my mouse problem, but I would have expected a bit more for the price. The initial quote was received over the phone and was quite misleading as I wasn’t expecting to pay an additional £45 per hole to be filled.
