Jeffry replied to my job post and arranged a visit quickly. Kept me informed at all times and quite was reasonable.

I was contacted by this trade on 16th July as I had a major water leak in my property, he was only there for one hour and charged me £528 pounds, after he left the leak was still dripping , I contacted him by text for advice throughout the day and and he gave me various comments which I found unhelpful , he did pop back for a few mins to time the drips from my ceiling , I was not convinced that the problem had been solved so the following morning I rang my insurers who sent builders in to take up floorboards and tiles in bathroom who then found the problem ,

Called jeffry today due to standing water in our kitchen sink, gave me a quote and was out and had it all sorted within an hour. Really polite, friendly and tidy, reasonable price, would use again if needed.
