Excellent service from start to finish. There was some initial confusion with the office about the details of the job, but this was quickly resolved. Ben gave good advice about the best replacement shower tap and arrived promptly as arranged. The installation turned out to be more challenging than expected because access was very limited, but he worked through the difficulties and completed the job to a high standard. Everything was left tidy, and the new tap works perfectly. Professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. I would happily recommend Ben and ProProperty and will use them again.

Daniel came to replace a faulty shower with a new one I bought to replace it... that we then discovered was too tall for the space! But he gave us a great solution to cut down the pipe, it fits perfectly now and you can't tell there's been any modification. He was polite, professional, efficient, clearly skilled and tidy.

I have used pro-Property for many jobs over the past 17 years. Today Ben Myers came out to repair a gutter and sort out a problem with the bathroom sink. Ben arrived on time, was friendly and polite. I was really pleased with the work he did - how quickly and efficiently he did it all. He also took away all the mess and rubbish. I would highly recommend both Ben and Pro-Property.

Both Ben Myers and jack came to work at my house . In one day they had stripped the entire bathroom and taken the old items away . I was extremely pleased with the work and speed at which they’d achieved this
