    Foul smell from drain

    Patrick arrived within the hour on a Sunday! He was courteous, gave great advice and resolved the issue on Monday as he had to get parts. I have no issues in recommending him and his company and the cost was acceptable for the work done. Excellent!

    Arrived within the hour of making contact. Was very thorough and tested that the blockage had disappeared. Explained everything that he was doing and why. Worked really hard on the hottest day and genuinely a nice chap.

    Patrick replied quickly to my post and offered to visit to understand the issue properly. He listened carefully, asked thoughtful questions, and came well prepared. He found the problem and fixed it seamlessly. He also gave helpful advice on a separate drainage issue, running tests around the house. Professional, friendly, and clearly very experienced. Highly recommended, he’ll be my go-to for any drainage work.

    Unblocked a blocked toilet/drain

    Highly recommend! Patrick gave me a call after I posted on check-a-trade. He arrived within half an hour of calling, unblocked the toilet quickly and efficiently, and charged a very reasonable price. Extremely professional throughout and also took the time to explain what had caused the issue and what steps to take it if it happens again. Great service all round.
