I Never heard from him again wouldn't answer any messages or answer his phone, not reliable for us at all ,will now have to get someone else to do replace our boiler ,

Unfortunately, Due to a sudden emergency, I had close down business and take unplanned time off work.This meant I was away from the works phone for 2 weeks.I contacted the customer to explain and apologise.I then followed this up with checkatrade admin.
