  Damp proofing - Excellent Service

  I contacted Daniel at Pro Safe Damp Proofing with a rising damp issue. He replied within a few hours to make an appt. Daniel is such a lovely person, honest,friendly, knowledgeable,professional. I had another damp proofing company come do an assesment, it turned out their findings were not true. Daniel was completely honest & told us what the issue actually was. He hasn't had to carry out any work & has provided us with a report we can forward onto our insurers. All free of charge. He could have tried to ripped us off like the other company but didnt. Honesty goes a long way Daniel, thank u

  Damp investigation

  We needed our Scout hall checked as damp was affecting our hall. Dan diagnosed penetrating damp in our brickwork and injected the wall. As we are a charity he kindly carried out the work free of charge for which we are grateful to him for his generosity.

  Damp in hall and living room

  Very happy with the damp work carried out by Dan of Pro Sage. Another spot of damp was identified once wallpaper in lounge was removed during works which wasn’t part of original plans - Dan happily came back to sort also. Punctual/ kept things tidy along the way, 100% highly recommend.

  Hall, livingroom and kitchen all needed work fone

  Firstly, Dan is very punctual. He text me three days before he started to let me know his arrival time. He arrived on time and explained the process fully. Over the next four days he completed his work in a timely and efficient manner. He is a skilled workman and very tidy. I can highly recommend Dan to anyone who needs work done on their house.

  Investigation

  Had a great experience with Dan from pro sage, he managed to make time to inspect my mothers house for suspected damp just before Christmas, Dan was polite and informative. He has a great level of knowledge and recognised straight away that the problem was in fact a ventilation issue and not damp. He gave me very good advice on how to stop the issue and did not try to offer me any services I did not require. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
