Sam was really knowledgeable and explained our quote to us. We have found that the loft was left in a mess. Not cleaned or swept out, and lots of debris left on the hatch. This was rectified when we complained, but not until we had opened the loft and ended up with lots of dirt and debris in the bedroom. I would not expect to have to check that my loft was left in the way it was found, so we are not so happy with that side of the experience. Sam spoke to the team and apologised.

Sam really impressed me with his knowledge of roof repairs.Within a few days Sam an his team came a repaired my roof. The whole team of workers were friendly ,reliable and excellent workers. The work was finished to a very high standard. All rubbish was taken away, they cleaned an swept everywhere before they left. I would highly recommend Pro Shield for any roofing jobs.

I had Pro Shield Roofing round to do some work to the roof verge of my bungalow as the mortar was crumbling. They began work promptly but as they took up some tiles they found the batons underneath were rotten. There was also signs of leaking, the felt was stopping most of the water getting in but the felt was also deteriorating. So what was originally going to be a small job turned into a much bigger job. Despite this, Sam and his team cracked on and the job was completed within a couple of days, cleaned up after and the work was completed to a high standard with my worries settled.

Workers arrived at 9.30 and worked all day until 8.30pm without stopping. I now have a dry garage with new roof. Very pleased. They came back next morning and installed a non cement ridge tile kit to my main roof.
