  James is a shining beacon of a roofer in what is seemingly an ocean of cowboys (in my experience). He immediately identified the issue and got it sorted in half a day. He actually turned up when he promised (early) and all round under promised and over-delivered. As soon as he finished, we had a tremendous downpour, but my office stayed bone dry.
