We've just carried out some renovation works including the removal of one load bearing wall, and an opening in another wall previously dividing dining room and leaving room. Sai helped us with the works providing calculations for the the new structure, and all the documentation required by Building Control to approve the works. Sai was absolutely brilliant and had a quick turn around time for his works. Very familiar with the nature of the works, building regs and approval process by the council. In addition, he was very helpful when we had the builder around and had questions on the steel beam being put in. We will be going back to him in future for other works. The current work being done was to demolish a ln internal load bearing wall which included installing a steel beam. Sai provided all the design drawings and calculations required to complete the works and was readily accepted by the council.
