We've had our kitchen, dining room and bathroom knocked through by Protech. This has involved demolishing walls, installing steels, new roof, installing windows and doors, plaster boarding and plastering, insulation. Stan and Dennis have done a great job with it. They stuck to the agreed schedule and price and it the quality is really good, we only had compliments from building control when getting it signed off. We've used them before in our previous house and would definitely use them again

Stan and Denis conducted a full house renovation on our property that had to be taken back to brick and fully renovated. Their attention to detail was second to none and if anyone knows old properties, they made the impossible possible by making the walls straight and plumb. They were very open with us and stuck to the quote even though the house threw up snags in their way. The finish was professional and so were they. Looking to use them for an extension again later on, would highly recommend.

Had Stan build an extension on our house. The project was a difficult project with many access issues and many discoverables that delayed the project but Stan was adaptable and highly professional with it. His attention to detail in particular was impressive and ensured that his subcontractors with matching his high standards. Would highly recommend protech for any extension project.

Very good work especially as the layout of the property was very difficult. Had them round to dig out and lay foundations on a 200 year old property. Stan and his team worked very hard to circumnavigate all the challenging tight spaces and lack of access that the property provided. Never the less they still did a top quality job.

We’re absolutely delighted with the work carried out on our rear and over-garage extension over 6 month. From start to finish, your team demonstrated professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to delivering high-quality results. The project was completed on time and to a very high standard. The workmanship throughout is excellent, and the new space has transformed our home both functionally and aesthetically. We particularly appreciated the clear communication throughout the process and your willingness to accommodate changes and offer expert advice when needed.

We are 5 months into a 6 month build. During the build Stan has worked with us to find solutions to overcome any complications as they arose. Many of these solutions have been identified and brought to us by Stan for our consideration, to agree. Where these have occured he has been transparent as to the cost of materials and provided receipts to justify the costs. Labour is based on days work and as with many is subjective, but fair. Cleaniness has been a challenge as we are in a cul-de-sac so limited space which has issues. Good quality of work and work ethic, would recomend.
