Pro-Tec Home Improvements are a very good firm, reliable quick workers. Any mess was swept up as it occurred, and placed in a skip. The builders were quick and efficient and answered questions honestly. This is the second time I have used them the first being the removal of 2 chimneys.They used a scaffolding firm that was also efficient and came and took down the scaffolding when the job was finished and it was not left around my house for days as I know some people have that problem. The project Manager was on site during the work.

We asked for a quote from Pro Tec home improvements as we had a leak we recently found. He explained what the issue was in depth and let us know what works was going on, he showed us updates and pictures of what happened and told us potential worries for the future. The pictures look great, the roof looks good and hopefully it lasts for a few decades.
