Very expensive for the work carried out

Francis was very knowledgeable and explained about what exactly needs doing.

Frank and team were polite, punctual and, to my inexperienced eyes, did a good job! They fitted in my (to them) small jobs in between large contracts. My only criticism is that the small jobs had a very definite time limit due to the company's other commitments, and each time they were not quite finished. Frank or a member of the team had to return to complete them. Due to their workload this took approximately six weeks each time. Despite their good reasons for this, I had to chase them. Just be aware. Date approx Feb/March 2025, finished approx end June.

Protech were very reliable and Explained all aspects. When rotten wood needed replacing we were told in advance of any work arising to understand costs and options. The work done was very good. Their team worked hard on it and did a thoroughly good job.

Pro-tech have just replaced my roof and decorated my property. They have done an excellent job on both counts. Their communication about all aspects of the work was second to none. Frank was diligent in making sure we were happy with everything, and the roof team, led by Tom, worked very hard. The weather was really hot too. Thanks to you all, we're very happy, and have no trouble in highly recommending them.

The team were timely, completed the work to a high standard and kept us well informed throughout. They worked really hard to complete the job within a very tight timescale and we are very pleased with what they did.
