Great service from start to finish. Arrived on time, was friendly and easy to talk to, and explained everything clearly. Very knowledgeable and made the whole EICR process straightforward. Communication was excellent throughout. Highly recommend.

Peter came to our hone to do an electrical report. He was very polite and courteous and wore shoe protectors to respect our home. He was able to explain each step of the inspection and also to help us to understand clearly any issues, such as our lighting circuit lacking earth. He also explained the work that would be needed to remedy these issues. He was happy to patiently answer by questions that we had. Shortly after his visit, he sent us a detailed electrical report which had been filled in thoroughly and carefully. We were happy with Peter's professionalism and attention to detail.

Peter was always friendly and professional and carried out the work to an excellent standard, also giving advice and contacting the National Grid when finding a fault with their part of the electrical system.

Excellent response times and communication. Would highly recommend and I will definitely use Peter again.

Peter came out to sort a faulty bathroom light. He was punctual, professional and really easy to talk to. First time using Protect and wouldn't hesitate to use them again and recommend to others
