Protect Pest Control, and Harry in particular, responded quickly and confirmed the issue was limited to a small area in the basement. He treated it the same day and provided a 30-year guarantee.   Woodworm in Loft Timbers

  We were very impressed by the exceptional service provided by Protect Pest Control and the professionalism of Richard and Harry. While in the process of selling our house, the buyer’s surveyor identified woodworm in our loft timbers, requiring urgent treatment to avoid delaying the sale. Richard went above and beyond to assist us, promptly inspecting the loft and arranging for Harry to carry out the treatment.   Ant problem - solved!

  Richard solved our ant problem for us last summer (sorry for the slow review) - through the end of the summer there were no ants returning and we hope this will last for a few years to come! Many thanks to Richard for being prompt and clear in communicating, especially in what we could expect and timelines etc. Competitive pricing. We would certainly call him again if needed!

  Rats in the front and back garden…

  We had a fast growing problem with rats - we’d tried to resolve it ourselves with some limited success but realised we needed professional help. Harry returned my call and booked an appointment. The assessment was expert and thorough, the service, professional and discreet. Pricing was fair at £80 per visit and we were advised, likely to need three, spaced visits. It was important to me that there was no triumphant attitude towards eradicating the rats, but I needn’t have worried, Harry was respectful to all of us, rats included. An impressive and professional service that I’d recommend.
