Hannah was extremely helpful as we needed to arrange the servicing of a home alarm for a relative with dementia. She arranged a set time so we could be there with him and the same engineer as last year, both of which would make it easier for all. The engineer, Lewis, was excellent. He listened patiently to our relative, even when he repeated himself several times, whilst subtly dealing with us about details. I cannot recommend this company and its staff enough for their professionalism, kindness and understanding.
