Have used him several times at a couple of different properties and he has always resolved the issue efficiently, professionally and promptly. We asked Protherm to carry out a number of jobs at our house, from boiler service and power flush, to installing and moving radiators and also installing a new Hive thermostat. Oz and the team were very polite and friendly, they were punctual and completed all of the work in the agreed timeframe. The quality of the workmanship was excellent, the house was left clean and tidy, and the price represented good value for money. Will definitely use again, highly recommended.
