Full bathroom fitting
Alex and his team did a fantastic job fitting our new bathroom and also fixed a leak while he was here. The workmanship is excellent, they worked incredibly hard, even during the recent heatwave. Communication was great throughout the whole job, and there were no unexpected costs—everything was exactly as discussed, with the only additional charge being the agreed work to repair the leak. Shower repair
Thought I’d left a review but the app says no. Alex attended an issue with a shower that had a blocked mixer cartridge and helped with the supply and installation to get it all working again. My bathroom basin needed replacing, Protherm did a fantastic job of replacing the basin.

Replacing concealed cistern
Outstanding job done - had a broken plush flush and broken concealed cistern and needed it all replacing. Due to the integrated furniture, it was a very fiddly job and it was done really well.
