  ProTile - professional and good standard of work completed

  Josh identified the issue -leaking guttering caused by the guttering not being level. The building is Grade 2 listed so repair needed to be quailty. Reasonable price quoted and only a small increase due to additional work needed that Josh found while doing the job- consulted us about the extra work before doing it. The work was delayed due to Feb 2026 rain. So it started in January and finished mid March. However, the standard of the guttering/roof repair is very good. We would cinract Josh @ ProTile again to quote for any future roof works- no job is too small and guarantees in place.

  Great service, very professional

  Great experience with Josh and his colleague in having roof repairs. Extremely professional and tidy, consistently prompt responses and quotes, and helpful advice identifying multiple options of how we could resolve a roof leak at different price points. Josh arranged the scaffolding too so all very straightforward. We were impressed with how quickly the work was done, photos were provided during the process and all looks very neat. Wouldn't hesitate to contact Josh again if we have any further roof work needed. Thank you!

  Great service from a real professional

  Small job to identify source and fix a leaky roof. Josh is very professional. He quoted based on a thorough inspection of the job and believed that it might be necessary to replace lead flashing and make good some damage to the wood sill. In the event, the sill was discovered to be more damaged than we had thought. Josh changed the scope of the work and communicated well with us. We are pleased with the repair. It became a quicker and cheaper job and we are glad that Josh didn’t just go ahead and do work that was unnecessary. (He could have done that and we would have been none the wiser.)

  Roof Replacement

  Replaced guttering / fascia’s

  Had the guttering & fascia’s replaced. Josh was extremely helpful from the first call right up until the job was completed. There were a couple of issues with the roof which when discovered Josh explained in simple terms & no ‘tech’ speak! Also the hot weather didn’t stop them completing the work on time either. I would definitely recommend Josh & the team to other people

  Replacement of few tiles

  I needed some tiles that were about to fall off my roof which needed replacement. Josh asked me to send him the pics with the problem so he could come in and do it straight away. He not only managed to come round and do the job within 2 days of speaking, but also did bring the new tiles and fit them straight away, as promised. He also provided some additional roof related advice and if I decide to replace the whole roof, do other bits, I'll be using his service again and would recommend to others! No job seems too small to him! Thank you very much for great work!
