Entire bathroom taken out back to bwk & reinstated as a Shower Room (+basin & WC) From initial quote to finished job, Frankie and his Dad (Lee) were extremely professional, very hard working and meticulous with all aspects of their work. Frankie & Lee were happy to discuss any of my concerns in a very pleasant & reassuring manner, also offering advice where necessary. Not only was the visible work finished to a high standard but I noticed how much care was taken over the buried work too. Also left place clean & tidy at end of each day. A real pleasure to deal with & highly recommend.

Couldn’t recommend Frankie enough. We had our bathroom completely ripped out and new one fitted. Punctual and always cleaned up after themselves After finding a few issues Frankie was quick to deal with them and even finished earlier than originally planned. Would definitely use again!

We can not fault not the new bathroom that was installed by ProVision. They took care of everything from ripping out our existing bathroom and full installation of our new suite replaced everything even down to the floorboards to make sure we ended up with a room that not only looks beautiful but will actually last years to come. Only having the one bathroom we thought would be a issue but they worked with our needs in mind during the whole journey, They were punctual professional and very knowledgeable about their trade, organising other trades to fit in with there requirements when needed

I had a wet room fitted in a small en suite from start to finish they were very professional, protection was taken at every step of the way, I was consulted at every step, the standard of work was very high, I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.

Frankie helped resolve an issue with my kitchen sink extremely promptly and professionally. His communication was excellent and the work was complete to a great standard. Really pleased!
