Very good service from skilled tradesmen.
Tony and his colleague provided an excellent service replacing several broken and slipped tiles, repairing some water damaged battens and re-seating the ridge tiles and provided some helpful details of what I should be looking to do next to improve the state of the (badly maintained) roof. He was able to provide alternate fixes to a couple of issues but also explained why one section needed the more permanent fix which I did appreciate - saving cost where it was reasonable to do so, but providing a more secure fix where it did matter on a more exposed section. Temporary temporary covering of holes in my roof
A couple of holes mysteriously opened up in my roof late in the afternoon with heavy rain due that evening. I found Proway via Checkatrade and called them up to see if they could help. They were not only very courteous and helpful on the phone but they were happy to come over out of normal business hours to attach some covering in order to minimise any water ingress. The heavy rain duly arrived later that evening and the temporary covering worked a treat as inside was completely dry in the morning.
