    Fast and effective service and great open / honest communication from all the team throughout. Very impressed with the team and work, comprising of a forensic analysis of our leaking shower tray to discover the 'real' location of water ingress and damage; new shower / panels, wall repairs and retrospective construction of existing screen. I felt valued as a customer, very considerate of my wife's mobility / disabilities and managing the onsite work appropriately. No hesitation in recommending PRS and would certainly welcome them to undertake further work in our home.

    Peter came and did a surgery on my bathroom , and Within 2 weeks we had picked our tiles and the work was completed ! No stress at all they helped us choose the tiles and brought them with them for the job including everything they needed all I did was provide tea ……. The work was completed on a fantastic level from the first phone call to the dust sheet take up at end of day highly recommend a smooth sleek service and we will be using them again.

    I brought PRS in to refit a bathroom suite and a full re-tile. The bathroom had only just been fitted but unfortunately by a cowboy so Peter and his lads put me at ease straight away that they will re do the job properly- and they did just that. Professional tradesmen that take pride in their work. Kyle and Kai specifically were great and nothing was too much for them- happily went the extra mile. Completely faultless and made extra effort to make sure the quality of finish was 10/10- I wish I could add photos to this as proof! When I eventually need tiling again, I know where I’m going
