New Viessmann Boiler

Wonderful work but Engineer did NOT register the Boiler with Viessmann . Verbal 12 x years Warranty offered + 2 x years Free Servicing . PRS Solutions have now Liquidated and are no longer trading . So the warranty offered is now useless . So now reliant on the 2 x year Manufacturers Warranty as PRS did not register the Boiler after Installation . I will be taking Legal Advice .

The plan for installation of my Boiler had to be adapted on the day. The PRS engineer, Keith, explained everything and got on with the new plan. As a result he worked a long long day including quite some time working externally in the increasing cold. Despite an important personal appointment that evening he said quite simply that he was not leaving until we had heating and hot water. It was only on my insistence that he left at that point to return the following day to clear everything up and fully hand over. It was a first class job by a first class engineer and a great ambassador for PRS

Fantastic service from start to finish.New boiler fitted within days of consultation.Fitter arrived on time friendly ,efficient ,and very tidy.Fitter took time to explain how to operate new boiler. Would have no hesitation in recommending prs plumbing solutions

New boiler

Had new boiler installed today. Had engineer,Neil come out to access work needing to be carried out before quoting the best price I had received. Keith installed boiler plus helping out with some DIY around boiler cupboard which wasn’t part of his job but helped to correct someone else’s shabby job which I’d previously used. Keith was very friendly, helpful and professional in what he does. Also had a follow up call from company’s engineer., Neil to make sure all was correct and if I had any questions or concerns with work carried out. I’d definitely recommend this company.

Fantastic job, super impressed with the turn around after my very old boiler broke down. The engineer that did the quote went through all the different options with me and the engineer that installed the boiler was brilliant, talked me through the whole process.
