  Extension, porch, internal remodeling, fitted kitchen

  Prez is a great guy to deal with. He's honest, very hard working and approachable with high standards and good finishing skills. He's a fount of knowledge and good advice, and is great at giving you options, realistic prices and honest appraisals. We've had some bad experiences with builders in the past and we were nervous going into this huge project, but we quickly realised that Prez was trustworthy and very good at everything from piling and building to plastering and tiling, to fitting our kitchen, bathroom and utility. A brilliant, thoughtful and communicative builder.

  Repair cracks in render, install "profile strips" above 2 1st floor windows, re-paint all walls + garage

  Access was difficult on 3 sides due to conservatory at rear, a shed on one side and a "lean-to" on the other. The work was carried out efficiently and it was evident that Prez takes pride in completing his work to a high standard. My neighbours were so impressed that 2 of them approached Prez re. Work they need doing! I'm very happy with a job well done (& he's a really nice guy too!)

  Repair work following flood in kitchen

  When we first contacted Prz he gave us helpful suggestions over the telephone to establish that we couldn't fix the problem ourselves. He gave us over half hour of his time with no charge and made helpful suggestions. When he came to view the work he gave us a clear explanation and showed us what was informing his opinion. The work was over 3 visits (drying out between times!). His work was neat and careful and he cleaned up afterwards very thoroughly. This was a small job compared to some but he was still committed to helping us. He is a great find -we would wholeheartedly recommend him.

  Removing the hedge and erecting a new fence

  Real workmanship, skill and commitment to deliver best result possible. Excellent work and quality of finished fence. Attention to detail and creative, thoughtful and methodical approach to any issues arising during the project. Good communication, providing different options and advice with pros and cons for each choice. I would definitely recommend Przemek to anyone who's looking for getting job well done with the highest quality.

  Dug trench between house and external garage and laid armoured cable

  Work completed speedily and drive returned to normal, you would not have known that the work had been done - very personable and efficient

  Decorating work

  We are very pleased with the workmanship. All work carried out in a professional manner. Great attention to detail and a very tidy job. We have used Prez's services now three times and will have him back to do our staircase in near future.
