  Retrospective Structural Investigation

  To support an insurance claim, I commissioned PSE Consultants to review evidence relating to a failing retaining wall (mainly photographs revealing the wall's construction and adjacent ground conditions). PSE delivered a detailed illustrated report that presented a detailed analysis of the likely causes of the wall's failure. I was very satisfied with the report, though it failed to persuade the insurance company to change their view that the failure was down to 'wear and tear').

  I contracted Chin (Chinedu) to carry out the structural design for my house build in Farnham Common, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome.   A structural survey and report on findings on possibility of converting garages to parking bays
