The company came to tidy up some pipe work in my kitchen. However, I soon discovered two separate leaks from the work done. Been trying to contact the company for 2 weeks but have just been ignored.

Had booked the annual service for the boiler that had been fitted by this company in 2021. Had confirmation that the appointment was booked and made necessary arrangements to fit in with this schedule as was not ideal time for myself. At time of the appointment, not turned up and had no notification that he would be running behind schedule. Sent email and did receive a reply but only that held up on another job. No confirmation of whether would still complete my appointment or any offer of alternative dates / times. No response received from my further communication asking for availability.

Great communications and customer service, Phil was polite and punctual and very tidy when working. Got the job done for the price quoted and we are very happy with the service provided. Would use again and highly recommend.

I had a new combi boiler fitted and all the old pipework and tanks taken out from the old system , phil was great he organised everything , very clean and tidy worked a full day at a very reasonable price , and when he had finished you would not know he had been there except for the new boiler installed and the space he had freed up by removing all the old system in a bedroom airing cupboard, totally recommend PSG A++
