Never heard back
Called, left a message with what I wanted done. P S Heating texted asking for times when I'd be free. Didn't respond to my reply so texted again saying understood if they were busy could give alternative times the following week. Never heard anymore

Servicing the boiler
On having my boiler serviced, I was advised further work may be necessary but I was unable to contact the engineer when I experienced problems with the boiler. He did not respond to phone calls, voice messages or texts left by SMS or Whats App. I eventually resorted to call out another engineer who discovered the boiler had not been serviced at all. There is a thick layer of dust on parts that should have been removed, a dead wasp, and several cms of gunge which should have been removed during servicing. Paperwork completed was outdated and inaccurate.

Leak repaired
Kind and competent service. Went out of his way to be helpful for an elderly friend of mine. Successfully repaired a tricky leak at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.
