  Gas Hob replacement with electric ignition connection

  PSP engineer was professional and certified, knew the connections well and the solutions to use to provide the required hob replacement and installation. He had all the equipment already in his van so didn't need to go out to buy parts. He responded quickly and did a satisfactory job even though he had come just to survey and I asked if he could install it too. It took him longer than he anticipated to finish the job. He had quoted a bit higher but accepted a reasonable fees on negotiating. Good job overall.

  Power flushing and boiler fix

  We initially called Sam for a power flush, believing it was the cause of our heating issues. However, when he arrived, he quickly diagnosed the actual problem—an issue with our boiler—and recommended the correct fix. Sam was professional, reliable, and always quick to respond. He also showed great patience and kindness toward my elderly mum, which we truly appreciated. Thank you, Sam!   Putting more water/air pressure in boiler + service

  Sam was great and efficient. After calling 10 plumbers going down the list on Check a Trade, Sam was the only one who had answered the phone. I lost pressure in my boiler after bleeding my radiators and had no heating or hot water for 24hrs. He attended the morning after I called (30th Dec 24) and also was able to service the boiler as requested and on time. The job was done in about 30 minutes and the quote was very reasonable. Fortunately Sam is local so he will be my go to with any further plumbing issues. Thank you again!
