Replacing a fusebox
Power shorted out on Friday and came within an hour. Located issue and ordered parts. Returned Saturday to implement. Excellent service and highly recommend.

Re-wire of house
We had wanted a re-wire before starting other work to our house. One of the main reasons for going with PSP was: we were reassured that they could work around us and leave some work ready to completed at a later date. I can't fault the work done but felt quite let down that at the end of the week they were preparing to finish; leaving us with no heating or hot water (how cold was May!). This was put down to miscommunication (I guess on my part). A temporary fix was worked out but did sour things a little, still as I say I can't fault the work they did.

I find this very sad to see the comments about the heating and hot water! The client told my engineers to strip all the old wiring out of the house and that you was not worried about heating or hot water as the plumber was coming in a couple of weeks, also you said to the guys that you has access to shower etc at work so not an issue. The boiler is in the kitchen and is been moved to the loft so we wired a new supply in the loft in readiness for the new boiler to go in, on the last day on site you said to the engineers about the water and heating so they installed a temporary supply for you so you was not without hot water/heating.
