I CAN not recommend this guy enough, I had 2 plumbers come out to me before Peter, I have had no heating since April, couldn’t afford a new boiler. ( what other 2 said) Peter said was the valve and didn’t need new boiler, so happy I trusted him. He was very pleasant, tidy and very trustworthy.

Pete came out and gave a really good first impression, prided on himself and his contact stating he will always respond as 'others do not'. I liked Pete and agreed to his quote. After a bit of chasing we got a date booked in and chose our additional parts over email and looked forward to Pete arriving. The day came, and Pete was a no show. Tried to ring, no answer, tried to email no answer, sent a text, no answer. Tried a few times since and still no reply. All in all very dissappointed and a waste of time. If Pete would still like to complete the job Id happily take this down.

I phoned Pete to come out and do some plumbing work. Seemed a pleasant enough chap, he explained he was busy so was going to be about a week before coming out. The booked day duly arrived for an 8.30 am start. 10 am, still no plumber! Called several times through the day, left msgs, can you let me know if there's a problem?, nothing, no reply. Txt him, still no reply. So what happened to Pete the plumber, who knows? Professional?, don't think so, good work? Don't know, courteous? Definately not!, thanks for nothing.

Excellent customer service! Very professional with a lovely pleasent manner! He knows his trade and would highly recommend him! He will be booked in again next year for sure! Would use him 100% for any future plumbing work if needed!

I can highly recommend Peter, he was reliable and professional throughout the 1 hour that he needed to install the 2 x taps for me. He quoted a very fair price. It wasn't an easy job as the house is old, but Peter advised on clever workarounds that did the trick. He had all of the kit he needed like tools / materials and he was well prepared. He cleared up afterwards and I am very happy with the end result. A full invoice was sent to me for payment and he gets top marks from me. A very decent and personable guy. I'll be keeping Peters contact details as I was well impressed.
